I’ve found the prices to be solid on a lot of snacks and pantry staples, especially when I compare them to what I’d pay at stores near me. That said, not everything is a deal, some items still seem a little overpriced, so I usually do a quick price check before I order. Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely buy again when the prices line up

I’ve been using Natura Market for a while now, mostly when I’m looking for snacks or pantry stuff I can’t seem to find at regular grocery stores. It’s kind of become my go-to when I’m in one of those “I need something different” moods, which usually happens when I’m avoiding doing laundry or pretending I’m going to meal prep for the week. They usually have a really good selection, especially for more specific or specialty items. A few things do go out of stock here and there, which can be a little frustrating when you’ve already decided you need that exact snack, but overall I’ve had a good experience and usually find what I’m looking for.

The site itself was fine, but the checkout was kind of annoying. I was expecting a few more payment options, like maybe PayPal or something a bit more flexible. I ended up having to use my card, which worked, but it just felt a little outdated. Not a huge deal, I guess, but yeah, it wasn’t the best experience.

The package did show up in good condition, no issues with the items or the box. I’m giving 4 stars because waiting without tracking updates was a bit frustrating, but the customer service side was solid.

One of my snacks showed up crushed in the box, which was a little annoying at first. I sent Natura Market an email with a photo, and they got back to me fairly quickly. They sorted it out with a refund/replacement and didn’t make it complicated, which I appreciated. Shipping things can happen, I guess, but overall I feel good about how they handled it. 5 stars from me...
