"Unacceptable product expiry dates."
I ordered a number of products from this company. Some of these products were canned goods. The expiration date on the canned goods was only about 1.5 months away. As I bought multiple of this product a 1.5 month shelf life is unacceptable and would never have purchased them had I known this to be the case. The company responded that as long as the expiration date is at least 1 month away, this is totally acceptable to them. I view it to be totally unacceptable to ship canned goods with only 1.5 months left before the expiry date. I subsequently searched their web site and found no mention of this policy. All consumers should be aware of this policy. I will not be ordering from this company again because I can not rely upon the expiration date of the product I receive.

"Happy happy camper!"
I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you! My grand daughter received 8 bags of white chocolate chipits yesterday and was extremely excited, it is like an early xmas day for her. Eva has nuts and dairy allergies and having found your products means the world to us. She is a very happy camper and has so much baking ahead of her. She is now planning her xmas baking galore,

"They are refusing my business because of my review"
Natura Market notified me that they are refusing to serve my household ever again since I wouldn’t change my online review. I have continued to give business to Natura Market in hopes that service would improve. I made an order the other day, and then received an email from customer service asking me to change my online review about receiving multiple products that were old stock and that were expiring within one week and two weeks. I told them that I would be happy to consider doing so in the future if my experience improved in the future, and in the meantime I will still give them a chance to do better and keep being a loyal customer. Customer service emailed me back to notify me that they will not accept my business any longer, or the business of anyone in my household ever again. They tried to strong arm a customer into making a false review and threatened to stop services. That is quite abrupt, and not very good business sense, considering I have been a loyal customer since June 2020 spending a grand total of $3,261.34 at Natura Market. After all this, I still decided to give them another chance and asked them if they are sure that they would like to lose the future revenue from myself, family, friends and acquaintances, but there was no word back. I even reached out directly to two of the company owners. My review is always the truth, and I will not be strong armed or coerced into lying about my experience. If they do not want my business, I will gladly spend my future thousands of dollars elsewhere.

"Great Selection and Pricing"
Living in a smaller province and area of Canada, locally sourced options for eating healthy are not always available, even seasonally. This online option fills that gap, provides an alternative to Amazon, and when the package arrives, it is evident that the staff take pride in what they do! Highly recommend them.

"Very good experience"
I have ordered from Natura Market a few times and have always had a good experience. My order is delivered on time and so far I have had no issues at all.

"Company on the decline"
Unfortunately this company seems to have changed for the worse over the years. Their prices have always been on the high side, product variety isn’t that great, and customer service is lacking. They claim to be about “clean eating” (which is a very subjective and ambiguous term), and say that the offer “only the best selection of healthy, clean, and delicious foods” and further stare that they have carefully selected their suppliers and read all the labels… however this is very misleading, as I’ve read the labels of many of the items they carry and they most of them are not all as healthy as you would expect. They carry a lot of items with artificial flavours, sweeteners, colouring etc., fillers and items that cause digestive issues. Just because something is low fat or low carb, doesn’t make it a healthy choice.

My orders over the past year. Either items were missing or items arrived damaged and caused a mess inside the box. Customer service is not great compared to similar online retailers - They won’t accept returns, it’s very hard to get a refund, and they have the “customer is always wrong” type of policy.
Sad to say I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service, rude unhelpful, and 0 idea how to speak to people. I returned a product that was sent way later than the anticipated delivery date. And they charged me almost double and I basically got no money back, they are crooks, they steal ppls hard earned money to keep their business afloat. Shame on you naturamarket, I hope these terrible reviews put you out of business.

Decided to treat my wife with her favourite salt spice. Sabatino Tartufi Seasoning Truffle Zest, 50g

Just be aware of their policies:
1.we guarantee that we will not ship any product with less than 30 days remaining before its best before date, with the exception of chips, puffs, cookies and crackers that will be shipped out with no less than 15 days remaining.
SO EAT THEM FAST! Unfortunately what I ordered is 3 bottles of the same spice without being aware of their policy (they were expiring in 40 days on the day of the delivery). 3 bottles of spice may last me 3 years. Second part is icing on a cake regarding subtraction of return shipping and original shipping cost of the items.
2.If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons we will refund your payment method for the product returned (HERE COMES THE CATCH lol!) minus the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling).
Bad customer service too! Crooks at best. Just order from somewhere else.

"Waste of Money"
Absolutely sub par products. I would take your hard earned money elsewhere. Customer service doesn't care about you. They don't even have a number where anyone answers. I hate natura market.

"Poor customer service"
I ordered a large order of groceries through Natura Market. I received someone else's order instead. Instead of getting my refund or shipping me my actual order, they made me package up the 'wrong order' and send back before they would refund me or send me my order. It's been a month from the day I made the order and I still haven't received my refund. I won't be shopping here again!

"Terrible customer service"
Good, healthy food options but horrible customer service. They shipped me coffee creamer that came and was in sold form, not frozen but like the consistency of playdough. I sent them pics and they said I had to ship them back prior to getting a refund. Why should I jump through hoops when you already inconvenienced me by sending me spoiled product. Worse yet, they completely ignored my email when I expressed my frustration.

"First time order"
